Pedagogische Visie
Het werken met allerkleinste kinderen geeft mij voldoening en plezier. Samen de wereld ontdekken. Ik wil dan ook dat kinderen zich thuis en veilig voelen bij mij. Ieder kind verdient een plek waar hij mag ontwikkelen in eigen tempo, waar hij mag spelen, waar geborgenheid wordt geboden en waar liefdevol voor ze wordt gezorgd. Ik zorg voor een warme en huiselijke sfeer met duidelijkheid en structuur.
Ik vind het leuk om kinderen wat te leren. Daarbij kijk ik naar wat een kind nodig heeft om zich goed te ontwikkelen en ik houd rekening met de zone van naaste ontwikkeling. Er zijn veel ontwikkelingsmaterialen aanwezig, die ik spelenderwijs zal aanbieden. Natuurlijk is lekker spelen met andere kinderen erg goed voor de sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling. Door met andere kinderen te spelen oefent het kind vaardigheden zoals communiceren, samenwerken en behulpzaam zijn. Ik zorg dat hier dan ook voldoende ruimte voor is. Ik ga graag met de kinderen op pad. Samen naar de kinderboerderij, het bos of de speeltuin. Ook het creatief bezig zijn vind ik erg leuk. Ik wil ontdekken waar jouw kind blij van wordt!
Pedagogical Vision
Working with the youngest children gives me satisfaction and joy. Discovering the world together. I want children to feel at home and safe with me. Every child deserves a place where they can develop at their own pace, where they can play, where they are offered security, and where they are lovingly cared for. I create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with clarity and structure.
I enjoy teaching children. I consider what a child needs to develop well and take their zone of proximal development into account. There are many developmental materials available, which I will offer in a playful way. Of course, playing with other children is very good for their social-emotional development. By playing with other children, children practice skills like communication, cooperation, and helpfulness. I make sure there is plenty of opportunity for this. I enjoy going out with children, whether to the petting zoo, the woods, or the playground. I also really enjoy being creative. I want to discover what makes your child happy!
